Automatic Thermoforming Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machine

This equipment is our company according to many years of R&D and production of automatic continuous Thermoforming Packaging Machine, combined with modified atmosphere function of the MAP machine, independently developed a thermoforming machine for flexible or rigid film with modified atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum options. The machine's forming, vacuum, gas filling, printing production date, cutting and other functions are fully synchronized, with smooth process and stable performance. This equipment solves the limitation that the thermoforming packaging machine can only stretch flexible film or rigid film. It truly realizes the multi-purpose of one machine and meets the packaging needs of our customers.

Equipment Features

1. The frame body is made of high-strength alloy aluminum one-time formation, and is formed by high-precision gantry planing and gantry milling. Compared with the steel structure and normal aluminum plate structure, it has remarkable features such as high mechanical strength, stable structure, no deformation, good precision and so on.

2. This machine adopts imported German BUSCH vacuum pump, which has the features of high pumping efficiency, high vacuum degree, low noise, stable and  reliable quality, long service life, etc., and the pumping speed is fast.

3. Equipped with American Banner photoelectric switches, it can package light film and color film, reduce the cost and make the product more upscale.

4. The equipment can be configured with automatic coding system according to the user's requirements, and the printing of packaging date and parameters can be completed at one time during packaging, without manual coding, improving work efficiency.

5. The equipment is equipped with an edge material recycling system, which ensures the hygienic requirements of the user's production environment.

6. The cutting knife of the equipment adopts hydraulic punching knife, which can be separated by one stamping, and the cut is beautiful and burr-free. It has the advantages of reliable operation, long service life and high work efficiency.

7. The control system of this machine adopts the world renowned Japanese Mitsubishi 10-inch color large-screen touch screen, Omron programmable logic controller (PLC) control stepping system, Mitsubishi servo motor, high operating precision, all actions coordinated automatically and stably, which ensures reliable operation of the machine and easy to use. Push-button switch adopts French "Schneider" electrical company products, with beautiful appearance, safe and reliable operation.
