Thermoforming vacuum skin packaging (VSP) works by combining a thin, flexible film with a tray formed in line. When your food is vacuum skin packaging, the film encapsulates your products like a second skin. At the outset of the packing process, the film is softened by heating it to a moderate temperature. Afterward, a vacuum is used to ensure that the film is sealed around the product entirely, securely affixing it to the tray, which results in a beautiful, showcased product and packaging nearly free of residual oxygen. VSP not only maintain product appearance but also extend the shelf life of food.

1. The machine's forming, sealing, printing production date, cutting and other functions are fully synchronized, with smooth process and stable performance.

5. The equipment can be configured with automatic coding system according to the user's requirements, and the printing of packaging date and parameters can be completed at one time during packaging, without manual coding, improving work efficiency.

6. The equipment is equipped with an edge material recycling system, which ensures the hygienic requirements of the user's production environment.

7. The control system of this machine adopts the world renowned Japanese Mitsubishi 10-inch color large-screen touch screen, Omron programmable logic controller (PLC) control stepping system, Mitsubishi servo motor, high operating precision, all actions coordinated automatically and stably, which ensures reliable operation of the machine and easy to use.
