How it works about Cheddar Cheese Thermoforming Packaging Machine？
1. A thermoplastic film is heated and formed into a mold or tray shape.
2. Products are loaded onto the formed film.
3. A lid film is applied over the top.
4. The machine creates a vacuum to remove air between the two films.
5. Protective gases may be injected for modified atmosphere packaging.
6. The two films are sealed together under pressure and heat.
7. Excess material is trimmed away to create individual packages.
